Where to find it: Section 5 of your photocard licence. GB licences are 16 characters and usually start with the first 5 letters of your surname, e.g. MORGA657054SM9IJ. Northern Ireland licences are 8 digits.
On the pass letter/email you got after your theory test. Leave blank if you haven't passed yet.
A clear photo or PDF of the front of your licence. Required for identity verification and fraud prevention. Up to 3 files, 8MB each.

Declaration and Legal Acknowledgment

  • You are 17 or over (or 16 with the higher-rate mobility component of PIP/DLA) and hold a valid UK provisional driving licence.
  • You are registering on your own behalf, not for someone else.
  • You have read, understood and agree to the full Terms of Service, including your responsibilities and the limits of our service.
  • You understand that, under DVSA rules effective from 12 May 2026, only you can book, change, swap or cancel your own car driving test. Rana Driving School will not do this for you, but your instructor can support you while you book it yourself.
  • You agree to provide accurate personal information and to update us promptly if anything changes.
  • You understand that fees for work already carried out (including booking-support sessions and delivered lessons) are non-refundable, and that DVSA test-fee refunds are governed by DVSA rules — not by Rana Driving School.
  • You accept responsibility for the consequences of late cancellations, no-shows or providing false information.
  • The details and documents you provide are genuine and your own; providing false information or someone else's documents may be treated as fraud and reported.
