I confirm I am medically and physically fit to drive on the test day — properly rested, not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any medication that impairs driving, and my eyesight meets the DVSA standard. If I am turned away by the examiner or cannot proceed due to my own fitness or conduct, I accept the fee is non-refundable.

I confirm I hold a valid licence and a genuine, correctly-booked DVSA test, and will bring all required documents. If my test is cancelled, void or refused by the DVSA because of anything I failed to provide or disclose, I accept this is my responsibility and the fee is non-refundable.

I accept responsibility for any damage I cause to the vehicle through my own negligent, careless or reckless driving during the warm-up or test — including kerb damage to tyres, wheels or alloys — and agree to pay the insurance excess and any repair or replacement costs not met by insurance.

I understand that if I fail to attend, cancel late, or arrive too late to proceed, the fee is non-refundable as RDS HUB LTD will have already committed the vehicle, the accompanying driver and the time slot.

I understand that if the DVSA terminates or fails my test, or forfeits the test fee, due to my driving, lateness or conduct, this is my loss alone and RDS HUB LTD is not responsible for it.

I agree that if RDS HUB LTD has to recover any unpaid sums, damage costs or losses caused by me, I will reimburse RDS HUB LTD's reasonable recovery and legal costs. I confirm everything I have provided is true and accurate, and I enter this agreement freely.
