RDS HUB LTD ("we", "us", "our") provides driving lessons (trading as Rana Driving School), practical test day dual-control car hire, and vehicle hire services in Walsall and the surrounding area. This page explains what personal information we collect through our website and enquiry forms, why, and what you can do about it.
When you fill in an enquiry, booking, or lead form (on our website, or through a Google Ads lead form), we may collect: your name, phone number, email address (if given), home address (for hire pickup arrangements), your chosen test centre/date/time/package, previous test attempt history, and — where relevant to a booking — a photo of your DVSA test booking confirmation and your signature on a hire declaration. If you click through to us from a Google or other online ad, we also record a click/campaign identifier so we know which advert brought you to us — this is used only to measure which adverts are worth the money, never sold on.
To arrange and confirm driving lessons and test-day car hire, contact you about your enquiry or booking, process payment, meet our legal obligations (e.g. DVSA test day requirements, insurance, and hire agreements), and to understand which of our adverts are actually generating real bookings so we don't waste money on ones that aren't.
We do not sell your information. We may share it with: the instructor or driver assigned to your lesson/hire, our insurer where required for a hire agreement, and Google/Meta in an anonymised or aggregated form for advert measurement. We do not share your details with any other third party for their own marketing.
We keep booking and hire records for as long as reasonably needed for insurance, tax, and legal purposes (typically up to 6 years for financial records), and enquiry records for as long as useful to follow up with you, after which they're deleted or anonymised.
